Animator Decoy Conversion Kit for Lucky Duck Decoys

THE ANIMATOR, a unique waterfowl motion decoy conversion kit, brings your spinning-winged decoys to life by mimicking the natural movement and sound of ducks, making your decoy spread more realistic and effective. The kit comprises a decoy-specific camshaft, two interconnecting carbon fiber rods, and an adjustable splash plate that adapts to the water level.

Similar to a mallard call, learning how to use The Animator with your decoy can dramatically improve the success of your waterfowl hunting. If you take the time to master the device, you'll see birds finish in your spread like never before. However, if you don't learn how to use it properly, you may end up "blowing it like a kazoo." Instructional videos are available online and in-store to guide you through the process.

The Animator is designed to work with a wide range of Lucky Duck spinning-wing decoys, including the HD & HDI, waterproof HD & HDI, and Lucky Duck Junior models, as well as smaller species like teal and dove. The connection point is a common 0.5-inch "black thimble" found on approximately 95% of Lucky Duck decoys.

It's important to note that the Animator is not compatible with the Super HDI or XL HD decoys, as they use a 0.75-inch silver magnet connection, which is different from the standard 0.5-inch connection.

For optimal performance, we recommend using only one Animator per decoy. However, using two or more Animators on separate decoys within your spread is recommended to create a more realistic and effective waterfowl hunting experience.
