It's a Wonderful World is a card drafting and engine building game for 1 to 5 players. Each round, players draft 7 cards and must decide which ones to recycle for Resources and which ones to keep for construction in order to gain victory points. This expansion introduces six scenarios and hidden content for the campaign, which can be added to the base game for future playthroughs. While it's not a legacy game, surprises await during the first play. The cards can be reset for multiple campaign playthroughs.

This expansion is meant to be added to the base game of It's A Wonderful World and cannot be played on its own. In the base game, players act as expanding Empires and must make strategic choices to shape their future, completing projects and harvesting resources in the process.

The Leisure & Decadence Expansion introduces six new scenarios and hidden content for the campaign, offering unique rewards and special rules for each scenario. While not a legacy game, there are surprises in store for the first playthrough, and the campaign can be reset and replayed multiple times.
